Can I and how do I cancel my order?

What Payment methods can I use?

Safety comes first so we encourage PayPal and Klarna. Credit and debit cards are accepted as well (maestro, visa, mastercard)


Can I return my order? How does it work?

You may return your product within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us within this period, and we’ll provide the necessary instructions.

Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.

If the product arrives damaged, the return window is reduced to 5 days. In such cases, approval is granted automatically upon submission of valid photo or video evidence.

Please note: for certain items, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


I've ordered/cancelled/paid but didn't receive the corresponding email?

You should receive the email within 2 hours of your request. If it hasn’t arrived, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Still nothing? Feel free to contact us we’ll be happy to assist you.


I haven't received my order?

Your package may have been delayed by the courier. If you have a track & trace code, we recommend monitoring it closely — especially if your expected delivery date has passed. No tracking available? Please be aware that delays can occur.

If your order is more than 2 days overdue, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.


Delivery time?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items ordered. In most cases, we aim to deliver within 2 to 5 days.

If your order requires more time, we’ll send you an additional email with an updated delivery estimate.
