Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.


Shipping & Delivery Times

We work with external logistics partners and suppliers to fulfill certain products directly from their warehouses. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.

  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. All prices on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Any additional fees (such as customs duties for international shipments) are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available). Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update, depending on the logistics partner.

Note: not all orders will have an order tracking


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at Casyloshop@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with our logistics partners.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
