Refund / Return Policy

Casylo operates under a 10-day return policy, requiring customers to notify us of any return intentions within this period.

Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with all original tags and packaging attached, and returned within 10 days from the date of the initial return request.

In addition, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for items that arrive damaged or defective. Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, customers should contact the retailer where the purchase was made. The retailer will then communicate with the supplier to process the return or refund.

Please note: for certain items, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
